MEDIT / ACI PhD Scholarships 2023-24 in Turkey at Ibn Haldun University will cover the majority of the costs of studying in Turkey for free. The following information is provided in detail:
- For the 2023-2024 academic year, the tuition fee for a full-time student in the four-year Civilization Studies Ph.D. program is $12,000 USD.
- All students are admitted into the tuition price with various funding options.
- Tuition fees will be waived for successful applicants, as well as positions as a Research Assistant and/or Teaching Assistant. Students who achieve the highest levels of academic performance and linguistic skills will get a monthly stipend ranging from 3500 to 4200 TL.
- Ph.D. scholarships include the preparation phase for Turkish and Arabic (up to one academic year) as well as the four-year duration of the doctoral program.
- Scholarships are available for nine months out of the year. They do not include the summer months.
- The Summer Scholarship is open to married students and/or Ph.D. candidates who have passed their comprehensive exams. They will earn a stipend for a total of 12 months each year.
- Scholarships and Assistant Scholarships are renewable on an annual basis.
